I've decided that Thursdays should feature a new recipe. New to me, new to you, new to someone. Today's recipe is one I had recently at our staff forum meeting. It was everything I love, rolled into one cheesy spicy dish! You can use mild sauce if your palate isn't up to the real stuff. I wonder if this would work with leftover turkey?
Hot Wing Dip:
2 large cans of chicken breast meat
2 containers of cream cheese
1 cup of Ranch dressing
½ cup of your favorite hot sauce
Drain chicken. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Bake at 375 degrees until warm throughout and bubbly on top. Serve with tortilla chips, nachos, or crackers.
